A new exhibit at the library in Stayner includes pieces from all over the township.
Puzzle pieces created by people of all ages from all parts of Clearview Township have been assembled to create one large-scale instillation.
Blank puzzle pieces were made available at all three branches of the library last month.
Once returned, the pieces were assembled in the new gallery space at the Stayner branch. Together, the puzzle is about eight-by-eight feet.
“We’ve got 90 different, unique little pieces of art into one big, giant mosaic,” said Michele McKenzie.
“Some of the work and some of the pieces are absolutely phenomenal… It was a really fun project.”
She said the library hopes to do it again next year and that it will be even bigger and better.
The exhibit will be on display throughout April.
The library is located at 201 Huron St., and is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
