Three people were injured during a collision south of Cashtown Corners on May 31.
The crash happened at about 2 p.m. on County Road 42 (Airport Road) between County Road 9 and 6/7 Side Road Sunnidale.
Police say a blue Ford Ranger pickup truck was northbound on County Road 42 when it entered into the southbound lane hitting a green Jeep Wrangler and then a black Honda ASE.
The driver of the Ford Ranger pickup truck was transported to hospital with major injuries.
The driver of the black Honda was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. Their passenger was also transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Mad River Golf Course vandalized
Mad River Golf Course was vandalized sometime overnight on May 29.
An outbuilding, a utility vehicle and two golf holes were damaged.

Man at risk to re-offend arrested for failing to comply with probation order
A Clearview Township resident considered by police to be at high-risk to re-offend was charged with failing to comply with a probation order on May 23.
Police arrested Brenden Sarginson, 29, outside a residence on Concession 7 Sunnidale.
In January, police advised the public that Sarginson was living in the area, saying it was a public safety issue.
He has previous criminal convictions for theft under $5000, sexual assault and failure to comply with a probation order.
Sarginson is to adhere to a 24-hour curfew, unless accompanied by a designated adult; keep the peace and be of good behaviour; not enter any residence of any children under 18 years; not attend any place where children can be expected to congregate; not volunteer in a capacity that involves being in a position of trust or authority towards any person under the age of 18 years.
Calls alert police to two drunk drivers
Traffic complaints led police to two drunk drivers on May 29.
A 53-year-old Collingwood man was charged with “Exceed 80mgs” after being pulled over at 10 a.m. and an 18-year-old Kleinburg man was charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs” at 1:30 p.m.
Both motorists were travelling on Highway 26 at the time.
Clearview Policing Committee recognized for creative campaign
Policing Committee received the commissioner’s commendation for its unique traffic safety initiative, using artwork by area youth on LCBO bags to deter drunk driving, at the central region OPP awards ceremony held at the Barrie Golf and Country Club on May 29.
Dawn Braid was also recognized for her long and ongoing volunteer work in the Wasaga Beach area.
“I would like to personally thank members for their hard work and dedication and Ms. Braid and the Clearview Community Policing Committee for making the Huronia West Detachment area a safer place to live and visit,” said Huronia West OPP detachment commander Insp. Kevin Hunter.
