Nottawasaga and Creemore Public School (NCPS) will be hosting a cross-country run on Thursday, Oct. 8.
There will be several hundred students attending from schools in the surrounding area. The township will be closing Edward Street between Library Street and Airport Road as the race route is along Edward Street. The teams will also be using Gowan Memorial Park as home base between races.
“We appreciate the community’s support of our cross-country event,” said NCPS staff.
In case of rain, the event will take place on Oct. 9.
