On Monday evening all citizens of Clearview were invited to attend an evening to honour Queen Elizabeth II. We took advantage of this opportunity and would like to thank our council and staff members for a great evening.
Thanks also to a very talented and confident young lady, Ava Corbett for leading the singing of Oh Canada and God Save the Queen.
The bountiful buffet was presented in a royal fashion setting with a delicious variety of British treats and tea prepared and baked by our mayor, Christopher Vanderkruys.
Special thanks to him, his assistant Sarah Tuck and others who participated in this celebration.
In a troubled world we are blessed Canadians.
