Maple Leaves Forever is a founding member of Highway of Heroes Living Tribute. On Nov. 6 a group of dignitaries planted a Native Sugar Maple at the Shulman Morgue in Toronto and another at CFB Trenton.

The trees are the first of 117,000 trees to be planted along Highway 401 to commemorate veterans who gave their lives for Canada.
