Joan Grant passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in her 78th year. Joan, beloved wife of the late William ‘Bill’ Grant will be lovingly remembered by her children James (Deborah), Tim (Joanne), Michael (Deb) Grant and Lynn (Hartley) Winsor. Forever cherished by her grandchildren Lisa, Jennifer, Joshua (Melissa), Vanessa (Gary), Cassandra, Christopher, Michelle, Taylor, Morgan and Erin and three great grandchildren. Joan is survived by her brothers Stan, Wayne (Sharon), Jack (Shelley), Robert ‘Bob’ (Barb) and sisters Marlene, Brenda (Philip) and Heather. She will be missed by all who knew her. Family and friends will be received at Fawcett Funeral Home – Creemore Chapel on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Interment at Creemore Union Cemetery.
