The Township of Melancthon Police Service Board is seeking input with regard to the development of a 2017-2019 OPP Action Plan.
The input of the Board is to provide comments on issues of municipal concern, including the perspective on what the priorities for policing should be and that might impact how the OPP define its Plan.
Dufferin OPP will use the information provided by the Township of Melancthon Police Service Board and each of the other local boards and develop its plan of action.
To assist you in providing any input we would refer you to the Melancthon Township website (www.melancthontownship.ca) under the tab for Police Services Board where you will find the Action Plan for 2014-16, including the 2015 assessment. Please submit any comments and input directed to Denise Holmes, Board Secretary, c/o Township of Melancthon, 157101 Highway 10, Melancthon, ON, L9V 2E6, by mail, in person, or by email, to dholmes@melancthontownship.ca. The deadline is Dec. 9. The Board will be sharing any input received with members of Melancthon council.
