From The Hack: Teams Millsap and Crawford curled lots of awesome shots and it game down to the last rock of the game ending in a tie.  Everyone on Teams Steed and Baylis curled their best to enjoy a fun game.

After 6 dramatic weeks Teams Millsap and Steed will be curling for the McArthur Family Trophy on Dec. 19. Teams Crawford and Baylis will be curling for the mysterious third and fourth place prizes. Another fun evening with lots of chatter and giggles after the game.

From The Hack: The first season is coming to a close and it appears that Team Loranger will hold on to the lead. Last Friday, our ladies lost the first match in the first round of the Grandmasters. They played well and forced Team Alliston to an extra end, but unfortunately they came up short.  However, on Wednesday they fought back and won against the same team, again in an extra end!  Well done Marilyn, Liz, Linda and Joan! Good curling everyone!

From The Hack: Due to the snow the standings are not updated this week. However Teams Verstegen, Millsap and Crevier will be watching each other on Tuesday night to see who takes the trophy for the first draw!

From the Hack: The Crevier team (Paul, Karen, Bill and Alex Brewer) remained undefeated throughout the draw! Great curling! The Jim Steed Memorial Trophy will be presented to them by Marilyn Steed on Dec. 16. We’re all looking forward to the Christmas party and gift swap, also on the 16. Mixed curling will resume on Jan 6. Happy Holidays to all!
