Clearview Fire and Emergency Services has teamed up Canadian Blood Services to help ensure lifesaving blood products are available to hospital patients in need.

The Clearview Fire and Emergency Services is hoping that by bringing awareness to the need for blood in our community more people will come out and donate.

“The Clearview Fire and Emergency Services thrives on helping and giving back to the community and this is another great opportunity for us to do so in a positive manner. We encourage all who can donate during this event to come out and do so”, said fire department administrative assistant Stephanie Ward.

A team of Clearview Firefighters will be donating together at the clinic on March 16, and have committed to recruit new donors and fill appointments to help collect 72 blood donations at the clinic.

You can take part by making an appointment to Give Life that day from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Clearview Community Church, 1070 County Rd. 42, Stayner.
