A dead man located in Toronto on March 2, is believed to be connected to an early morning shooting at a residence on Collingwood Clearview Townline, near 36/37 Nottawasaga Sideroad.
The deceased, identified as 36-year-old Rohan Rose, of Toronto, is thought to have succumbed to his injuries as a result of the shooting.
At the time of the incident, a second male victim was transported to a Toronto-area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects have not been identified and police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
The investigation is continuing under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch with assistance from Toronto Police Service. OPP Forensic Identification Services also attended.
Investigators do not believe there is a threat to the public however, the OPP reminds all members of the public to be aware of their personal safety at all times.
