Clearview Public Library had hoped to welcome patrons to the new Stayner branch this week but the pandemic has forced the municipality to close all branches to the public, but services can still be accessed online.
Virtual resources are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including eBooks, eAudioBooks, eMagazines and other eResources all available online. New eBooks are being added to the collection, in addition to educational and recreational links at www.clearview.library.on.ca.
To access these virtual resources, Library memberships can be obtained by emailing the Clearview Public Library’s CEO at jlachapelle@clearview.ca.
Join Clearview Public Library on Facebook for daily crafts, activities, stories and meditations. The popular Girls Who Code program is also continuing in an online format on Facebook.
“The Clearview Public Library is committed to helping you find the information you need and keeping you entertained,” said staff. “…We look forward to remaining an important part of your daily life and are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to welcome you back through our library doors.”
For information, call the Stayner Branch at 705-428-3595 (calls are being answered remotely).
