As restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic ease throughout Ontario, and more people return to work, service levels on Clearview Public Transit are being increased.
Effective July 13, Clearview Public Transit Route 1, the Stayner Route, will resume its regular hours of 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. Ridership will remain free.
The Creemore Route (Route 2) will remain temporarily discontinued at this time.
To comply with Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit requirements, riders will be required to wear a face-covering when using Clearview Public Transit. For more details, visit the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit’s website.
Riders should stay home if they feel unwell, maintain social distancing, practice safe hygiene by coughing and sneezing into their sleeve or a tissue and wash hands often. These recommendations remain in effect in addition to the face-covering requirement.
