Huronia West OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), in partnership with Collingwood OPP CSCU, have arrested and charged two people for drug related charges after a warrant was executed at an address in Stayner.
On the morning of August 31, with the assistance of the Central Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), officers attended a John street address where a search warrant was executed and the address entered.
Upon entering, officers located various pills, cocaine, and evidence of drug paraphernalia.
As a result of the investigation, a 53-year-old male from Clearview Township has been charged with the following:
Possession of cocaine and opioids for the purpose of trafficking.
A 30-year-old female from Clearview Township has been charged with possession of cocaine.
Both accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood, on Sept. 28.
