Women’s golf raises more than $20,000 for My Friend’s House

On August 29, Mad River Golf Club ran a women’s charity golf tournament to raise funds for My Friend’s House.

The event raised just over $20,000 in funds to support this emergency shelter through registration fees, silent auction, personal donation, the men’s weekly winnings were often donated as well as the Mad River Heineken Cup league donating a substantial amount to the cause.
