Clearview Fire and Emergency Services received a donation from the Stayner Lions Club allowing for the purchase of a portable fire safety education house to aid in fire prevention education.

The interactive house will be used for fire education at all local schools and provides a fun and easy way to

talk about fire prevention topics such as: planning an escape during a fire; smoke alarms; candle safety; kitchen safety; and space heater safety.

The donation of $13,500 from the Stayner Lions Club covered the full cost of the portable, inflatable, life-size and fully wheelchair-accessible fire education house.
