COE, Doris Viola (nee Miller) – Passed peacefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Stayner Care Centre, formerly of Wasaga Beach and Maxwell, in her 85th year. She is reunited with her beloved husband Gerry (Gerald William, 2017). Loving mother of Karen of Collingwood, Laurie (Sandy) Clark of Stayner and Roger of Parry Sound. Loved and remembered by grandchildren Shannon (Gary) Welch, Krista McKee (Adam Garbutt), Jordan McKee (Kevin Schreiber), Brandon ”Will” Clark, Madisson Coe (Stephan Bouchard), Dylan Coe (Sarah Parent). Survived by brothers Wes (June) Miller of Thorold, and Reg (Dorilla) Miller of Feversham. Doris was born October 11, 1939 to John and Emma Miller in Nottawasaga Township. She met and married the love of her life on September 7, 1957 in Singhampton. Doris loved being a mother and kept a clean and tidy home. She was the reason Gerry’s books were always in order over the years. She also will be fondly remembered for her years at Maxwell Farm Service. Interment at Singhampton Cemetery has taken place.
